Providing detailed drawings and specifications for tender.
Assist in selecting the contractors.
Design Development
Translating the concept into 3ds, layouts and material boards.
Presenting thoughtful millwork, furniture and lighting ideas and FF&E drawings that reflects the overall design concept.
Project Management
Site supervision to ensure that the construction is upto the mark.
Setting up the site towards the end of construction. This step includes putting together furniture, rugs, cushions, artwork and accessories.
